JP’s Gun Cave, A little about what they offer.
The great thing about shopping is you have choices on where to shop. Looking for firearms and ammunition’s, in the north state has been a bit easier starting off with 2024. With pandemic shortages becoming less of an issue, more popular firearms and ammunitions have been available.
A small hidden shop in Northern Ca, is JP’s Gun Cave. This shop has a lot to offer despite its small foot print. Case pricing on ammunitions. Hard to find ammunitions such as 22LR snake shot and 30-30 lead free or target ammo. At least it was available at the time of this writing.

This shop is primarily new firearms and ammunitions. Stocked shelves of ammunitions, accessories, cleaning supplies and of course a decent selection of handguns and long guns. If they don’t have what you are looking for, it can typically be ordered. Some exceptions apply. As for the really hard to find firearms such as the Sig Sauer P238, they offer a waiting list and will call you when they are available. As of this writing, they are in stock and available.
One thing to note, is the fair prices to be found here. The lead free 30-30 ammo by federal priced at $40 a box. 1000 rounds of 9mm target ammo priced at $300. Glock pistols such as the Glock 19 9mm or Glock 23 .40 priced at $550. While the list of pricing could go on, this is just to show the fair pricing this small shop offers.
This shop is tucked away in Cottonwood Ca. just south of Redding Ca by 15 minutes. Right off the interstate 5. Its a little hard to find, but once you know where it is, you will more than likely be back to visit with the friendly service offered.

To find this shop, it is located in Cottonwood Ca. at 20645 Gas Point Rd. It shares the parking lot with the Holiday market gas station and Subway. The fun part is finding the entrance. It’s like a hide and seek game at first. But once you have found it, you more than likely will not forget it.
